Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Storm, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Storm. By creating an account, you confirm you meet this requirement.

3. Your Account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• Notify us immediately at kushagra@vennbrd.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

4. Steam & Third-Party Platforms

Storm connects to your Steam account to access your game library. Your Steam account is governed solely by Steam's own Terms of Service.

5. Acceptable Use

Storm provides cloud gaming infrastructure strictly for playing games. Any use of the platform outside of gameplay - including but not limited to running unauthorized software, scripts, or processes on Storm's infrastructure - is prohibited.

Violations are handled as follows:

Storm reserves the right to skip strikes for severe violations.

6. Free Tier & Ads

The free tier is ad-supported. Ads are served through Storm's own infrastructure. By using the free tier, you agree to receive these ads.

7. Storm Premium

Storm Premium is a paid, ad-free subscription. Payments are processed by third-party processors (Stripe, Razorpay, PayPal, or Polar depending on your country) and are subject to their respective terms.

Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.

8. Service Availability

In the event of a server outage or planned downtime that affects your access, Premium subscribers will receive a pro-rata credit applied to their subscription period.

9. Termination

Storm may suspend or permanently ban your account for violations of these Terms. Upon termination, your access to the service ends immediately. Premium users banned for Terms violations are not entitled to a refund.

10. Intellectual Property

Storm and all associated branding, software, and infrastructure are the property of Storm's developers. Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app for personal, non-commercial gaming only.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

Storm is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or free of harmful components.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Storm's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid to Storm in the 3 months preceding the claim.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Material changes will be notified via in-app notice. Continued use after the notice period constitutes acceptance.
